What is Local Voice Cloning?

Local Voice Cloning allows any User with a reasonably powerful commercial GPU to train their own Custom Voices in their local machine. It takes about 20min on an NVIDIA 2080 Ti to fine-tune a model from scratch. Any User with a GPU above NVIDIA 2070 RTX can benefit from Local Cloning to gain Hollywood-grade voice morphing for their productions.
